LHS Patriots Debate
• Debate is on the of the most
meaningful and rigorous academic
experiences that high school can offer.
Competing in debate helps students
build the skills to think quickly
,critically, and powerfully in order to
find their voice. Our competitive
season runs from October through
February, with approximately 8
regional or national-level tournaments
we at attend in that time frame.
• Students interested in Debate should
take Debate 1 offered in the fall
semester.
